Tā izskaņā es izdarīju pavisam nevainīgu “uzbrukumu” gandrīz visiem ceļojumā iesaistītajiem un veicu mikrointerviju par piedzīvoto, jo vēlme saglabāt un godināt šos mirkļus kaut kā izpildījās pati! PATI savā veidā un gaismā. Lai es varētu pavisam “neuzņemties atbildību” par savām darbībām, tad tieši laikā šeit būtu atruna, ka es biju “tikai kanāls” jeb “tikai instruments”! :D

Q1. HOW DO YOU KNOW PAUL THE FOOD YOGI? I know him and his Food For Life program since almost 20 years ago. So I was following his ways all these years.

Q2. WHY DID YOU WANT TO COME ON THIS TRIP? Honestly, I was so excited to come but I came because I was part of the program. Now, I am very happy to be here.

Q3. WHAT ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS RETREAT FOR YOU? It was beautiful for me to see the animals and humans in poor conditions but still with a smile on their faces. This makes me feel very thankful about life. Everyone is amazed by the mountains, I am amazed that we are helping all those in need that we saw on our way. We have a lot to give.

Q4. WILL THIS EXPIERENCE HAVE ANY IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE IN THE FUTURE? HOW As you know, help the ones in need is the goal in my life. So, my heart was in pain all the time for the horrible situation for animals and the very poor people here. These are the only things that cross my mind all the time. I need to work hard to help the ones in need and inspire others to help. We all have a lot to give. I want to give more.

Q3. WHAT ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS RETREAT FOR YOU? Being joined by so many lovely, open-hearted people to share this marvelous expierence.

Q4. WILL YHIS EXPERIENCE HAVE ANY IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE IN THE FUTURE? HOW? Yes, I feel more inspired to share my experience and story, and the food yoga path. I will do more retreats around the world.

Q2. WHY DID YOU WANT TO COME ON THIS TRIP? To see the Annapurna/Himalayas. To be together with the friend inviting me. To learn about food and yoga. To expierence rafting and trekking.

Q3. WHAT ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS RETREAT FOR YOU? The mountains and the nature, learning abou the energies and principles, being high, above 3200 mtrs sea level, learning about the angels.

Awareness about food and eating. Drinking 1L of water and the whole day. Going out to nature more frequently.

Q1. HOW DO YOU KNOW PAUL THE FOOD YOGI? I connect with Christina Jagusiak at Satya Yoga and she interviewed Paul for her “Home Yoga Summit”. As I heard her interview Paul, I was impressed and immediately looked him up and his Food Yogi Trek.

Q2. WHY DID YOU WANT TO COME ON THIS TRIP? To find out more from Paul about spirituality, starting with the tongue as he referred to in his interview with Christina, and to be in the stunning Himalayas to trek.

Q3. WHAT ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS RETREAT FOR YOU? Many! 1) The Mighty Seven! Making new friends and connections! 2) Paul’s expertise in teaching us the laws of spirituality. 3) The mountains, the waterfalls, the rivers, the flowers… All of Nature! I love being in nature, the Great Healer!

Yes, it inspires me to move forward, to change my life routine to live in a place which is more in tune with nature and to be more of my ture self. To truly overcome ALL obstacles that I am working on to be me. To also be of service in this World.

Q1. HOW DO YOU KNOW PAUL THE FOOD  YOGI? We found the Food Yogi through an online friend. Loved the website and decided to book the tour.

Q2. WHY DID YOU WANT TO COME ON THIS TRIP? We love to travel, and especially love the mountains. How could we not pass up a trip to the most powerful location in the world?

Q3. WHAT ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS RETREAT FOR YOU? The best part was meeting people from all over the world, especially the great friends we made from our tour group! We were very lucky to see some of the biggest mountains in the world and hear a little bit about Nepalese culture.

Q4. WILL THIS EXPIERENCE HAVE ANY IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE IN THE FUTURE? HOW?

Of course, it will affect our lives! Beside enjoyinh the power of such a spiritual place, I was very touched by the humble generosity of the poeple of Nepal. One of the poorest countries in the world, yet they were so happy to see/meet/serve anyone.

THANK YOU ALL FOR SHARING AND ALLOWING ME TO WRITE THIS UP! I KNOW THIS COMES A LITTLE LATE BUT AS THEY SAY IT’S BETTER LATE THAN NEVER! IT WAS LOVELY TO MEET YOU AND GET TO KNOW ALL OF YOU A LITTLE! :) 

Manis pašas atziņas par šo ceļojumu ir grūti vārdos nosaukt, jo es atkal iemācījos daudzas lietas, kā jau katrā ceļojumā, kurš nes izaicinājumus. Šajā laikā biju 1. gaidību trimestrī, tāpēc bija arī grūtāki brīži, fiziski un emocionāli. Bija traki izkrist no raftinga laivas ledusaukstajā Trishuli upē, jo nācās pateikt “kapteinim”, lai nākošreiz mani cenšas neizgāzt, jo ir jāņem vērā tāds un tāds fakts, dēļ kura nebūtu labi tā darīt. Ļoti klabēja zobi un nevarēju to klabēšanu apturēt, līdz patiešām nesāku sevi vizualizēt karstā saulē. Pirmo reizi mūžā es tik stipri centos pielietot prāta spēku un elpošanu. Man ļoti, ļoti patika pelde silto avotu baseinos, blakus krāčainai upei un ar skatu uz augstajām koku galotnēm, un no tā, protams, mums nevienam nav fotogrāfiju. Tieši tur bija ļoti vērtīgas sarunas, kopīga Omm’ošana, tauriņi vēderā un galēji forša prāta un ķermeņa kondīcija, pamatā atrodoties sajūtās, nevis galvā. Jebkurš ceļojums ir mācība līdzāspastāvēt un pielāgoties, vienalga, vai ceļošana notiek grupā vai tikai mums divatā esot. Savs šarms bija arī komforta iztrūkumā, kas izpaudās, kā silta ūdens neesamība kalnu naktsmītnēs, tāpēc bija TIK ļoti svētīga sajūta, atkal tiekot zem silta ūdens nomazgāties un nogodāt tīro mirkli un sajūtu.

Mēs ieradāmies Nepālā divarpus nedēļas ātrāk, tāpēc pavadījām tur kopā 28 dienas, bet katru no dienām tieši šajā neparastajā 12 dienu programmā, kopā ar Food Yogi komandu, mums bija sava tēma, atbilstošs plāns tai, dienas meditācija par to un vēl afirmācija, pieskaroties tai.

Šis bija saullēktu un saulrietu bagāts ceļojums kurš asociējas arī ar to, ka kāpjot un staigājot Himalajos, pārtiku tikai no tomātiem un kartupeļu biezputras. Šajā valstī pie mums “atnāca” bērniņa vārds. Mēs aizbraucām prom no Nepālas un pēc pusotras nedēļas notika spēcīga zemestrīce, dēļ kuras arī uz Latviju un UK izsūtītās kartiņas ieradās 6 mēnešus vēlāk, jau rudenī – tieši tajā pašā nedēļā, kurā bērniņš piedzima. Lielu laimes krekliņu mums dzīve iedeva.
