1. Where did you learn to teach yoga, please?
2. What brought you to Koh Phayam and why?
3. What are the 3 (or more) things that you appreciate most in life?
In answer to your questions, I studied yoga in India, Thailand and Vietnam, but my teacher training I did with Sivananda in India, north of Rishikesh, although I don’t teach Sivananda style.
I originally came to Kho Phayam 9 years ago to study Thai massage with a teacher from Chiang Mai who was teaching a course here. I then met my husband and we ran a bungalow resort here for almost two years, before leaving to go to Phuket, and then Japan for two years, where i was a part time lecturer at Matsuyama University. We came back here and opened Cha Chai Home and 1-Self Yoga 4 years ago.
Three things which I appreciate in life are: 1) the countless blessings which I am so privilaged to receive in so many ways; 2) my family, especially Ray and Chai; 3) all the people and place and experiences which teach me so much and help me to grow.
Love and light,
Charmain. xxx xxx xxx
Vairāk par Koh Phayam salas neskarto burvību, iespējams, uzrakstīšu citu reizi, jo mūsu kolekcijā no šīs salas ir tiešām ļoti daudz skaistas fotogrāfijas.
